WTZK type temp. controller is an electrical switch that can make circuit close or open following change of controlled medium temp. It can be used to support performance structure in ship, freeze instrument or other industrial equipment by controlling temp. of gas, liquid or steam through two position type.

Pressure Type Temperature Controller WTZK-50-C for Ship
WTZK-50-C type temperature controller is an electric switch which makes circuit close or open along with temperature change. It can be matched with actuating mechanism for ships, motor, refrigeration equipment or other industrial equipment to control gas, steam, or liquid temperature by two-position type.


Installation and Usage:
1. Open the cover and install the controller on bulkhead or panel vertically. During installation and usage, it is strictly prohibited to stir the arm by hand.
2. Take down the lock nuts and turn regulating lever to make the pointer direct to needed temp. value, and then tighten nuts in place.
3. Turn differential knob to get appropriate differential value.
4. Open the outlet gland and connect the controller to the control circuit with dia. 12 mm three-core marine cable or dia. 7.5 mm three-core cable, proper washer and sealing ring should be chosen to ensure tightness of the housing.
5. Installation of thermowell and capillary: thermowell should be fully submerged in the medium keeping flow and uniform temperature. For controller size no. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 in the specification table above, the thermowell should be installed at the same horizontal poison as the housing in order to reduce additional error caused by hydrostatic column function.
When installing, capillary's bending radius is not less than 50mm, and capillary should be fixed on bulkhead or panel with clips each 300mm. When installing, ambient temperature for codicillary of controllers size no. 1, 2, 3, 4 should be lower than control temperature, and ambient temperature for codicillary of controllers size no. 9, 10 should be higher than 0ºC. Avoid rolling capillary by mechanical collision during installation and usage.
6. After finishing installation, should check whether installation is correct.
7. Tighten the cover in place, switch on.
8. The controller should be calibrated periodically according to usage.
